YACONTO International Program

YACONTO LLC (Russia, Moscow) is preparing to implement the large-scale multidisciplinary YACONTO International Program, which consists of projects and programs that open up prospects for the world.

An integral part of the YACONTO International Program is the non-state investment YACONTO Integrated Program for the construction, in Southern Russia (Tuapse region, Krasnodar Territory), of a modern “Commercial Black Sea port YACONTO” for the transshipment of over 100 million tons of cargo per annum, with its common production, transport and social infrastructure. The YACONTO Integrated Program, as per the YACONTO List of Projects of 09.05.2005, also includes the establishment of a Tuapse Naval Base as a reserve or main basing point for the Russian Black Sea Fleet, so that a partial of a full withdrawal of warships from Sevastopol (Ukraine) can be accomplished.

Construction of the YACONTO Port with its common infrastructure, and the construction of a new modern navigable waterway in parallel to the existing, overloaded traffic artery between the straits of Bosporus and Dardanelles, proposed for implementation in Turkey, will effectively complement each other. Moreover, the construction of a new deep-water canal between the Mediterranean and Black seas will provide simultaneous passage of ships in both directions, and double the freight volume.

A new navigable waterway in Turkey will create demand and favorable conditions for the construction of a modern navigable canal between the Azov and Caspian seas in Russia. This canal will be located south of the navigable Volga-Don canal and will be 340 km shorter than the latter. The new canal in Southern Russia will dramatically increase traffic flows and economic effect for the countries of Azov-Black Sea and Caspian Sea basins, as well as for other interested States and individuals.

Implementation of the YACONTO Comprehensive Program for the socio-economic development of Iran, which includes the construction of a modern, technically complex navigable canal between the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea, is promising for the U.S. itself, as it creates conditions for normalizing relations between the U.S. and Iran.

Construction of navigable canals with a developed infrastructure in Turkey, Russia and Iran will create a loopback transport line. The YACONTO Ring will connect the Indian Ocean, the Gulf of Aden, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, the Azov-Black Sea basin, the Caspian Sea, the Persian and Oman gulfs and the Arabian Sea. This is merely a fraction of the worldwide YACONTO International Program with a total cost of $1.3 Trillion.

Implementation of socio-economic projects and programs included in the YACONTO International Program on Russia's territory is practically impossible without the implementation of the Project-A - restoration of the status quo of Atommash OJSC, Russia's nuclear engineering flagship.

If the implementation of Project-A is disruptedby corrupt officials and their accomplices, acting in the interests of the "ruling elite" and their monopoly business partners, YACONTO LLC will be forced to implement the so-called Project-B, according to which Russia's role in the YACONTO International Program will be, unfortunately, reduced to a minimum, since economical projects and programs outside Russia's territory will also be outside its jurisdiction.

We foresee a very active opposition to Project-B as well, since its implementation would be accompanied by arrests and confiscation of their illegally obtained property (assets) abroad, according to the "YACONTO List". That's why all information about Project-B is kept completely secret from Russian "power elite" and their abettors, being only briefly mentioned in YACONTO LLC's Statements to the Russian President Vladimir Putin (out. №120815-A01 of 15.08.2012) and (out. №121009-A01 of 09.10.2012) published on www.yaconto.com for the information of the international community and society.
