Concern YACONTO JSC (Russia, Moscow) was the owner of 28.5% share in Atommash OJSC. Therefore, as a result of the premeditated bankruptcy of this Russian nuclear engineering flagship, both the State which owned 30% share and Concern YACONTO JSC were illegally deprived of their property and suffered colossal damage.

"Fitil" TV series about environmental conditions in Tuapse city and Tuapse region
The Soviet/Russian satirical TV series FITIL broadcasted on central TV series №150, 167 and 170 (on 14.10.2007, 02.03.2008 and 23.03.2008 respectively), which exposed leakage of oil and petroleum products in Tuapse city and beyond, including the coastal area of the Black Sea. Those recordings consecutively prove that the environment of the region suffered colossal damage dealt by the members of an Organized group of interested officials (OGIO) and an Organzied criminal group (OCG). World-renowned writer and poet Sergey Mikhalkov, founder of FITIL, who has seen a lot in his lifetime, couldn't have possibly imagined that hypocritical members of OGIO and OCG have been plundering Russia's natural resources on a massive scale, pretending they are collecting a hydrocarbons from an oil spill of an unknown origin. The fact that this valuable resource is found under the Tuapse city and adjacent territories has been concealed from the public by criminals in power.
The presence of oil fields on the Black Sea shelf is also confirmed by a YACONTO LLC press release of 05.07.2010 called "Spill or extraction?" which contains documentally proved evidence of true reasons why the non-state investment YACONTO Integrated Program for the construction, in Tuapse region of Krasnodar Territory, of a major modern "Commercial Black Sea port YACONTO" with production, transport and social infrastructure, has been so actively opposed by members of OGIO and OCG. Robbing the state and their own nation cynically, corrupt officials and their accomplices who acted in the interests of the "ruling elite" and their monopoly business partners, never cared about the environment of Tuapse city and Tuapse region, the critically important part of the Black Sea resort area of the Krasnodar Territory. Today, when their colossal assets, obtained with the money that was stolen in Russia, are in jeopardy - there is a real chance to have those assets arrested in all countries of the civilized world - these "rustlers" are frantically looking for a way to hide their property by transferring it to third parties. Those criminals hope that this would save their illegally obtained property in Russia and abroad from confiscation under the international struggle against corruption.
